will need 3 fabrics:
Muslin
Medium Print
Dark, related to print
Make two 3 7/8" muslin squares
Make two 3 7/8" medium print squares
Make four 3 1/2" medium print squares
Make one 3 1/2" dark square
Make four half square triangle blocks from 3 7/8" squares of
muslin
and medium cut on the diagonal, they should measure 3 1/2"
Arrange and sew according to the diagram
Your block should measure 9 1/2", including the seam allowance
